Chief Operating Officer

Alessandro Mendoza

A degree in International Relations at the UNAM with a specialty in regional development by the same house of studies. A specialist in the relationship with communities, specifically in the construction of networks of community actors in order to achieve messages and objectives that have the support of top leaders. He has worked with mining communities, most recently in Cocula, Guerrero, Colón, Querétaro and Conception del Oro, Zacatecas, where he has achieved the implementation of programs for the generation of a local economy parallel to the mining activity in the region. To do this, he has concentrated on studying the best practices private and public at the international level in this field. Have experience with the communities in the State of Mexico and Veracruz, derived from work carried out with foundations specializing in community economic development and housing. She has also participated in the public sector as an advisor in the coordination of advisors of the National Institute of the Entrepreneur, in where she was in charge of the research of the best international practices in the field of entrepreneurship and lead the relationship with the groups of young people from the business chambers. Currently he is responsible for the implementation of Plans of Management of the company, highlighting the implementation of programs in the state of Chihuahua and Sonora.

Daniel Ehrlich

Graduated in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he also specialized in regional development, he has dedicated his career to strengthening community cohesion and promoting sustainable development. Her focus has been on creating and maintaining networks of community actors, securing the support of key leaders and funding initiatives that resonate and along with local needs. His work with mining communities in Guerrero, Querétaro and Zacatecas has been instrumental in introducing local economic development programs that complemented and diversify the core mining activity in these regions. This work has been based on an in-depth analysis of global best practices, both in the private and public sectors, for the integration of communities in the processes of economic development and improvement of quality of life. His experience includes significant collaborations with foundations focused on community economic development and housing solutions in the State of Mexico and Veracruz. In addition, he has contributed his experience in the public sector as an advisor at the Instituto Nacional del Emprendedor, where he conducted research on entrepreneurship at the international level and managed relationships with the youth sectors of business chambers.
This experience is complemented with knowledge in the area of social welfare, since he was the coordinator of the initiative Economy Citizen for All in Ashoka Mexico, where designing business models for companies that, in alliance with civil society organizations, will create social impact and, at the same time, financial returns. He has been involved for several years in social development projects in indigenous communities, primarily in Chiapas. A graduate with honors of Bachelor of Economics from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and has taken diplomats as a “Design of communities and sustainable cities”, “environmental and social Risks to consider in the planning of projects and courses of Permaculture.

Alfonso Caso

With a strong vocation for social work complemented by a solid academic background, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM) and a master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Salamanca, Spain. He has proven to be a visionary in the economic and social field. His trajectory at Nacional Financiera allowed him to serve as Manager of Promotion to Small and Medium Industry and as a Director of Investment Projects, consolidating his experience in the financial sector. His leadership led him to be president of the Pre-investment Organization for Latin America (OPALC), an entity linked to the IDB. Moreover, he has been a cornerstone in strategic decision-making in renowned companies such as Condumex, Celanese Mexicana, Altos Hornos de México, among others, and has been an advisor in Capital Investment Funds like Reto, Opción, and Amerimex. Today, as a partner and strategic consultant at aosenuma, his experience and knowledge are essential for the development of projects in the rural, social and indigenous sectors, among which more that 60 Social Impact Assessments and 40 Indigenous Consultations stand out.

He is currently a partner and strategic consultant of aosenuma and an associate consultant at Economic Factor Integral. Credited as a consultant of SAGARPA for investment projects in the rural sector and social and indigenous. He has participated directly in the development of more than 20 Social Impact Assessments, and communication strategies (Inca Rural, DIF, and various political campaigns) and form part of the negotiating group for the integration of information in the Consultation process, Indigenous to the State of Yucatan.
